That statement is invalid. All rational beings desire habits that are organized and controllable, as those habitats allow rational beings to further their rationality. Some organisms such as wild plants cannot be programmed or conditioned, and therefore are a threat to all rational beings. Therefore, all humans should perceive jungles as threatening, unless they are of the minority of humans that are irrational and in need of reprogramming.
